EBAS is a new employer service from Ealing Council, built on 18 years of apprenticeship experience and a 90%+ retention rate, far above the national average of 60.5%. We’ve learned what works:

But EBAS is more than apprenticeships.

EBAS is a membership service—starting with a free Bronze offer, and growing into tailored, paid Silver, Gold and Platinum support. We’ll soon publish our pricing, with discounts for charities and non-profits, and a clear breakdown of what each membership tier includes.
Through EBAS, you can access apprenticeship training worth thousands, often at no cost to you, especially if you pay the London Living Wage.
