Ealing Council is committed to working with local small developers and contractors to unlock new housing opportunities on small sites and support the local economy. As part of this effort, the Council has listed Recreation Road Garages in Southall Green Ward for disposal on the Greater London Authorities Small Sites Small Builders (SSSB) portal. The site is now up on the GLA website and the bidding process will close on 16th June 2025.
Located southwest of Southall town centre, the site sits within a well-established residential area of two-storey terraced housing. It is a 20minute walk to Southall station and is in close proximity to surrounding green spaces.
