Help to shape our community-led regeneration charter
At Ealing Council, we are committed to being as open and transparent as possible, and giving our communities regular opportunities to help shape the way we do things.
One of the commitments we made in our plan for the current council term was to ‘develop a new community-led regeneration charter that sets out clear rights for local residents, businesses, and workers, to shape and control the decisions being taken in their communities on redevelopment of land and housing.’
We are currently developing the charter, which will serve as a practical guide for people and groups involved in council-led or collaborative regeneration projects. We will be holding a range of engagement events in the autumn with various stakeholders including community organisations.
We’ve created a survey for developers, registered providers and landowners to tell us about their experiences of engagement and consultation in Ealing.
